1) Purpose of WeFirePoliticians.com
This website outlines my principles, priorities, and commitments as an independent candidate seeking to represent every resident of Harrow West.
2) Introduction
I am a British citizen, a professional software engineer, and an independent parliamentary candidate committed to public service, accountability, and principled leadership.
I am committed to fair, equal, and accountable representation for all constituents, irrespective of faith, background, ethnicity, or belief, so that every voice is treated with dignity and properly represented in Parliament.
In the General Election held on 4 July 2024, I stood as an Independent candidate for the Harrow West constituency. That experience strengthened my belief in independent thinking, democratic participation, and the importance of offering voters a genuine alternative rooted in integrity rather than party loyalty.
My political outlook is guided by a commitment to the national interest of the United Kingdom — both domestically and internationally. I believe in strong law and order, public safety, national security, responsible international engagement, and the pursuit of peace and stability.
I also believe in economic progress that raises living standards, expands opportunity, and improves education, employment, and quality of life for ordinary British citizens.
Central to my values is a firm belief in democracy and civil liberty. A healthy democracy must protect the freedom to think, to speak, to disagree, and to challenge injustice peacefully and constructively, without fear of intimidation, selective enforcement, or unequal treatment under the law.
2) MISSION STATEMENT:-
My mission is to serve the people of Harrow West with integrity, independence, and common sense, and to uphold the principles of fairness, accountability, and respect for democratic values in public life.
The United Kingdom is a diverse, multicultural society, and no community should feel marginalised, ignored, or taken for granted. Fairness, equal treatment, and mutual respect must apply to everyone — regardless of background, belief, or heritage. My commitment is to inclusive representation, social justice, and a society in which every individual and every community can live in peace, security, and dignity.
I believe that Parliament works best when Members of Parliament act in the public interest, place constituents first, and are accountable for their decisions. As an independent representative, my duty is to scrutinise government responsibly, support policies that strengthen our country, and challenge actions that undermine trust, fairness, or equal treatment under the law.
I am committed to a United Kingdom that is safe, stable, and confident in its institutions — where opportunity is expanded, living standards improve, and every individual is treated with dignity and respect. My aim is to represent all residents of Harrow West and to serve with honesty, independence, and a clear sense of responsibility to the people who place their trust in me.
3) Listening to Harrow West Constituents.
Being an effective Member of Parliament begins with listening to the people I represent.
Regular Engagement:
Open Communication:
Active Listening:
Responsive Representation:
I believe that good representation is rooted in understanding and dialogue, not assumptions or top-down decision-making. My pledge is to remain approachable, accountable, and committed to putting the voices of Harrow West residents first.
4) How I Will Work as Your MP.
Being an effective Member of Parliament requires focus, integrity, and clear accountability. If elected, I will work tirelessly to ensure that the people of Harrow West are represented with diligence, transparency, and independence.
1. I will represent us(You and I) and not vested interests because we expect our government to be a government "OF, BY and FOR - we the People".
2. Accessible and Approachable.
3. Independent and Principled Decision-Making.
4. Parliamentary Engagement.
5. Local Advocacy.
6. Transparency and Accountability.
4) Standards that I expect in public office:-
Public office is a position of trust. Those elected to Parliament should meet high standards of conduct, transparency, and responsibility.
I believe that Members of Parliament should:
act with integrity, honesty, and accountability at all times;
avoid conflicts of interest and fully declare financial and professional interests;
refuse improper gifts, inducements, or undue influence from individuals, corporations, or foreign entities;
place the interests of their constituents and the United Kingdom above personal or political gain;
uphold the law equally and respect the institutions of democracy.
4) During 04.07.2024 General Election ,what I meant as an "Independence Candidate" for Harrow West Constituency.
Independence in Parliament means being free to speak honestly, to listen carefully, and to vote according to conscience and evidence rather than party instruction.
As an independent MP, my loyalty would be to the people of Harrow West first and foremost. I would support good ideas wherever they come from and oppose policies that harm the constituency or the country, regardless of which party proposes them.
Independence allows for stronger scrutiny, clearer accountability, and more authentic representation. It means that local concerns are not overshadowed by national party agendas, and that constituents have a representative who is present, accessible, and answerable to them alone.
5) My Priorities for Harrow West Constituents.
Harrow West is a diverse, hardworking, and aspirational constituency. My priorities are shaped by listening to residents, understanding local pressures, and focusing on practical outcomes rather than political slogans.
1. Community Safety and Law & Order
Every resident has the right to feel safe in their home, on their street, and in public spaces. I believe in effective, visible policing, fair enforcement of the law, and swift action against crime and antisocial behaviour. Community safety must be based on prevention, accountability, and equal treatment — not neglect or inconsistency.
2. Cost of Living and Economic Security
Many households in Harrow West are under pressure from rising living costs. I will support policies that ease the burden on working families, pensioners, and small businesses, and that encourage sustainable economic growth. Economic security means rewarding work, supporting enterprise, and ensuring that prosperity is shared fairly.
3. Public Services That Work
Residents deserve reliable public services that meet real needs. I will advocate for accessible healthcare, responsive local services, and well-resourced schools that prepare young people for the future. Public services must be efficient, accountable, and focused on outcomes — not bureaucracy.
4. Education, Skills, and Opportunity
Education and skills are the foundation of opportunity. I support strong standards in schools, investment in skills and training, and clear pathways into employment. Young people should be equipped not only with qualifications, but with the confidence and opportunity to succeed in modern Britain.
5. Fairness, Equal Treatment, and Civil Liberties
The law must apply equally to everyone. I believe in fairness, consistency, and respect for civil liberties. People must be free to express their views, raise concerns, and challenge decisions peacefully and lawfully without fear of discrimination, double standards, or unjust treatment.
6. Community Cohesion and Respect
Harrow West is strengthened by its diversity. My priority is to promote mutual respect, shared responsibility, and peaceful coexistence between all communities. No group should feel ignored, marginalised, or taken for granted. Representation must be inclusive, balanced, and grounded in common values.
7. Honest, Independent Representation
As an independent candidate, my priority is to represent Harrow West — not a party hierarchy. I will listen carefully to constituents, communicate openly, and act with integrity. I will support what is right for the constituency and challenge what is not, regardless of political pressure.
Every resident has the right to feel safe in their home, on their street, and in public spaces. I believe in effective, visible policing, fair enforcement of the law, and swift action against crime and antisocial behaviour. Independent Candidacy - General Election 2024.
I stood as an Independent candidate for Member of Parliament for Harrow West in the United Kingdom General Election held on 4th July 2024.
My decision to stand was driven by a belief that Harrow West would benefit from independent representation rooted in local accountability, fresh thinking, and a willingness to challenge long-standing assumptions. I sought to offer voters an alternative approach to representation, distinct from that of the sitting Labour Member of Parliament.
I believe that all communities should feel confident, engaged, and appropriately represented within our democratic system. Political participation should empower individuals to express their values, safeguard their way of life, and contribute constructively to public debate — always within a framework of mutual respect, equality before the law, and shared civic responsibility.
Unfortunately, during the campaign period I suffered from a serious bout of E. coli food poisoning, which significantly limited my ability to campaign in person. As a result, I was unable to undertake the level of physical campaigning I had planned, and a quantity of printed campaign material remained undistributed. Despite these constraints, many of the concerns I raised during the campaign have since proven to be well-founded.
Campaign Funding and Independence
I financed my candidacy entirely from personal funds, paying:
£500 in election nomination fees
Over £350 in election leaflet printing costs
I chose not to accept donations or financial assistance, believing that independence from funding obligations is essential to maintaining integrity and freedom of judgement in public life. My candidacy was therefore guided solely by conscience, principle, and the interests of constituents.
As a first-time candidate, I approached the election as a learning experience — not in opposition to any single party, but in pursuit of understanding the process and the responsibilities involved. That experience has strengthened my resolve to focus fully on making a meaningful and positive difference for the residents of Harrow West.
All campaign materials, including leaflet design and distribution, were undertaken personally, without the assistance of volunteers, staff, or external support.

I have a broad and open mind, to consider how I can represent my beloved HARROW West Constituency?
Either a) Go it alone or b) Be part of a team? This is still under consideration.
Campaign and Community Work.
I stood as an Independent candidate for Member of Parliament for Harrow West in the General Election held on 4th July 2024.
As part of my wider commitment to public safety and community responsibility, I have previously supported local initiatives aimed at encouraging public co-operation with the police in serious criminal investigations. This included involvement in community-led awareness and leaflet distribution efforts designed to assist the authorities in bringing offenders to justice.
At present, I am managing a number of hospital appointments, which have temporarily limited my ability to undertake certain physical activities. I expect this to improve and remain fully committed to resuming active engagement as my recovery progresses.
My Principles and Priorities.
Passionate about public service and representing my HARROW West Constituents.
I am committed to making a positive and lasting difference to the lives of the people of Harrow West, ensuring that their concerns are heard and their interests properly represented.
Beyond the constituency, I believe the United Kingdom must continue to conduct itself with confidence, dignity, and responsibility on the international stage. Our country should stand as a champion of justice, democracy, freedom, and economic strength, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with our long-standing friends and allies.
At the same time, I believe that decisions involving the deployment of our Armed Forces must always be taken with the utmost care. Military action should be guided by clear necessity, genuine threats to peace and security, and a firm commitment to protecting the free world — recognising both our global responsibilities and the realities of our nation’s size and resources.
About me.
I do not come from a career background in professional politics. This independence allows me to approach public service with fresh thinking, honesty, and a genuine commitment to those I seek to represent.
I am a British software engineer with a strong professional background in problem-solving, analysis, and delivery. My work has required integrity, discipline, and responsibility — qualities I believe are essential in public life.
I am motivated by a strong sense of humanity and fairness, and I am committed to acting in the best interests of the residents of Harrow West and the United Kingdom as a whole.
I work comfortably across cultures and communities, and I am experienced in engaging with people of differing views and backgrounds. I believe respectful dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperation are essential to achieving positive and lasting outcomes.

Election Campaign
I intend to stand for Mayor of London, offering voters a clear and credible alternative to the current Labour administration under Sadiq Khan.
I also plan to contest the next United Kingdom Parliamentary election in Harrow West, challenging the Labour incumbent, Gareth Thomas, with a fresh and principled approach to representation.
I believe it is time for new thinking, practical solutions, and honest leadership to address the real concerns of Harrow West constituents. Too often, long-standing issues are managed rather than resolved.
At present, my outlook remains that of an independent thinker — guided by conscience, evidence, and the interests of residents. Should I choose to work alongside like-minded political forces in the future, it will be only in pursuit of serving the United Kingdom with integrity, fairness, and purpose.
